FLAT RATE $15usd shipping worldwide and FREE SHIPPING with all orders over $60 code : FREESHIP


Australian shipping 2-4 business days 

 International standard shipping (6-14 business days) 


We ship all purchases from Australia within 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be emailed once order has been shipped.  


We are not responsible for customs fees to release international packages if needed. Please make yourself aware of customs costs prior to purchasing. 

There may be delayed delivery times for international shipping as customs can hold packages for a few days longer than expected.  This is out of our control, sorry!

 We are not responsible for package being sent to the wrong address if you supplied us with an incorrect postal address. Customer to cover postage costs to resend once we have received item back. 

We are not responsible for stolen/lost/missing packages. Please contact your local post office and they will provide you with a form to fill out and how to make a claim and report. Mail theft is a serious crime and will be looked into by the postal company used. And please email us if this ever happens and we will be happy to help! Please contact us if you wish to have signature on delivery or a different type of postal delivery. Extra costs will occur.


To purchase insurance on your package to cover costs in the event a package is lost/stolen in transit please contact us prior to purchasing.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are confident you will fall in love with our bikinis but if you aren't please see below 

We cannot exchange or return swimwear bottoms due to hygiene reasons.

Tops can be exchanged

 Bronzed swimwear reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'wrong fit' as it is your sole responsibility to check our description, sizing charts and provide accurate measurements for custom orders. Please email contact@bronzedswimwear.com for help with sizing or any other questions. 

Sale or promo code items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer is responsible for all return postage costs and costs to resend in the event of an exchange. Customer will need to post with tracking number as we are not responsible for items being lost or missing once sent. Please note our standard shipping price is NOT the cost to resend an exchanged item. The price to resend with tracking is $23 AUD (approx $18-20 USD) that is the price of shipping we do not make money off the shipping cost. 

This has never happened but If any swimsuit is faulty we will replace it. If a faulty item has been worn we cannot issue an exchange

Please note that because our swimsuits are hand crafted one by one there may be a slight difference (within 1cm) for sizing. They are designed and made to fit multiple sizes. Please contact us for any sizing questions prior to purchasing. Once a purchase is confirmed we cannot refund, we can issue an exchange if the item hasn't yet been made or started being worked on.
